Not satisfied with your purchase?
Are you unsatisfied with your article or is it damaged? No worries, fill in the Return Form accompanying your order and send it to following address: KUUN - Miraeusstraat 47 - 2018 Antwerpen (Belgium)
The article can be returned within 14 days.
The articles must be not used and undamaged.
Articles with make-up stains will not be exchanged.
Earrings cannot be exchanged, for reasons of hygiene.
Return delivery is at your own expense and your own responsibility (unless we have made a mistake or there is something wrong with the product).
After receipt of your return delivery we will refund the price of purchase within 14 days into your bank account or, in the case of an exchange, resend the desired article (if it is still in stock, if not, we will contact you).
Damaged goods or faulty delivery
Is the article that was delivered to you damaged or did you receive the wrong order? We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible mentioning the problem. We will solve the problem as soon as we can!
The costs of the return delivery will be completely refunded. Once we have received the article, we will check whether the article is still in stock. Should this not be the case, then you may exchange it for another article. Do you prefer a refund? No problem! We will refund the complete amount within 7 days into your bank account.
